Sterilization of Medical Devices at low temperature requires the use of highly active chemical agents. Ethylene Oxide is recommended 99% of the time.The sterilization effect is an alkylation reaction with the DNA structure and a chemical agent. The alkylating agent targets the bacteria (including bacteria in spore form) viruses and fungi. Our sterilization process has therefore been designed and manufactured with all the precautions needed for the use of such a gas. Each component has been carefully selected to provide an optimal level of confidence and reliability.
